Sadly, Billy passed away on Wednesday June 20th, 2007, a victim of cancer. Billy is survived by his wife Elizabeth, daughters, Sharon, Arlene and Tracy, and grandchildren Georgia, Natasha and Devon.
Billy will be remembered as one of Celtic's greatest fans, having converted his three car garage into a Celtic shrine, his paradise that he shared with everyone.
As the President of the Garagebhoys, Bill and his family entertained Celtic fans from all over the world, to watch live games, serving a traditional Scottish breakfast, and providing free room and board for the more distant travelling supporters. Bill and Liz are true afficionados of the game.
A Recitation of the Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral will be 10.00am Wednesday June 27, 2007 with a service at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Clovis.
